For the purposes of these terms, ‘The Balloon Room Boutique’ refers to our company, ‘Client’ refers to the individual or entity booking our services, ‘Event’ refers to the occasion for which our services are booked, ‘Installation’ refers to the setup of balloon displays, and ‘Services’ refers to the full range of offerings provided by us.

All service quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Please note that prices may be adjusted if there are changes to the initial requirements post-quotation.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the installation date unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period provided. Custom and personalized items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Clients must ensure that access to the venue is safe and reasonable for installation. Arrangements for the collection of hired items must be made in advance. Additional charges may be incurred for delayed collections or inaccessible venues.
